Holy S@%#

This giant grasshopper jumped out of the flowers (at my face) as I was watering them! Needless to say I made Spud Webb look like he had white mans disease!! After I restarted my heart, I found him hanging out on the fence of our carport. I couldn't get much closer...these were taken from about 18 inches. Two pictures, one with flash one without.

Downpour

Who says it doesn't rain in AZ!! This is taken from our porch (high and dry) as a very mean storm cell moved over the mountain in front of our house. At the time these two pictures were taken in was 97* and sunny!
